Drainage Complaints

A stand-alone application that replicates the functionality of the drainage complaints maintained by County Surveyor’s Office and fulfills the following functions:

1. enter complaints in the database as they receive them;
2. work on complaints and update the database allowing all employees to be continuously informed of the work performed;
3. view non completed complaints and take necessary action to complete the tasks;
4. generate and print reports;
